How to add self-care into your week

Are you doing something purely for you today?✨

It’s easy to get caught up in the ‘I’m too busy’ mentality but do you know when the right time to schedule a little rest in is?

Just remember that the thinner your stretch yourself, the less energy you will have to pour into work, projects, loved ones, socialising, etc. Giving yourself time for self-care, rest and recovery can be one of the biggest benefits in keeping up with our large to-do lists. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
