What is your relationship like with yourself? ⁠

As we have reached the new year, a lot of us are aiming to work towards our goals, intentions and visions for 2023. In order to make sure we are focusing on our true intentions, and implementing actions aligned with our visions and values, we first need to deepen and improve our relationship with ourself.⁠

Here's 5 ways to improve your body image and self-esteem⁠:

1. Surround yourself with people who make you feel good and safe, who accept you and love you for who you are.⁠

2. Spend more time in your own skin, find opportunities to play in your own body - dance around the house in your undies, or jump in the hot tub with your bikini! Do you, boo!⁠

3. Focus on the positive/neutral - in order to shift your focus from being negative, find things you like or do not dislike and place your energy there. ⁠

4. Wear clothes that make you feel good about yourself, you are not meant to fit clothing - your clothing is meant to fit you!⁠

5. Move to feel good - to improve your relationship with yourself and your body image the best thing you can do is move without the expectation that you have to see results.

Take these away with you and don't be afraid to prioritise yourself this year!
