Super quick green smoothie recipe!
Looking for a delicious little pick me up packed with nutrients and full of flavour, I’ve got you covered:
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 2 handfuls kale
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 300ml Oat milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder
BONUS: 1 banana, optional to thicken it up/add extra nutrients!
Method:
Put kale, milk and mango into a smoothie maker blend. Add your avocado and protein powder and then blend again until you reach your desired consistency! Full video above.
