Here are some of the bits that you will need for setting up a quick home gym without a huge bill. These are all pieces of equipment I will be using during my live workouts.
I think this one is the closest to the ones that I use in the studio and are easy to wipe down.
I would get a set of light and medium/heavy weights, but if the choice is between light or heavy I would say go heavy and only use one weight until you are ready to level up or go light and add in more reps where needed.
These are the same material ones I use and they add a lot of extra spice to the mix when you use these on leg day.
These are great around the ankle or as a less expensive option instead of the ones above.
Things like ankle weights, water bottles filled with sand, ab rollers and kettlebells (if you can find some online) are all great additions to your workouts. It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective!
